Information we collect

When you submit the quote request form, we collect the details you provide: name, email, phone, property address, appraisal purpose, preferred contact method and your message. During an assignment we may also receive documents and property information from you or your advisors.

Job applications

When you apply through the careers page, we collect your contact details, Colorado appraiser credentials, coverage area, experience, consent and any optional supporting PDF documents. Your application and documents are stored privately and sent by email to our hiring team for recruitment. Do not include Social Security numbers or financial account information. Submitting an application does not guarantee a response.

How we use it

We use the information you submit through our forms only to respond to your inquiry, scope and complete your appraisal, evaluate employment applications, and meet professional record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your form information or use it for advertising.

Google Ads measurement

With your permission, we use Google Ads to measure whether advertising leads to successful quote requests. Google may receive online identifiers, ad-click information, page information, IP address and browser or device information, and may use cookies for measurement. We do not send your name, email, phone number, property address, appraisal purpose, message, or request reference to Google. We do not use enhanced conversions or personalized advertising through this integration. This is Google Ads conversion measurement, not Google Analytics.

Advertising choices

Choose Accept cookies or Reject optional cookies in the Cookie preferences popup at the bottom of any page. We do not load the Google Ads tag before you accept. We remember your choice in this browser for up to six months; if storage is blocked, the choice lasts only for the current page session. Rejecting does not affect the quote form. You can reopen Cookie preferences using the button at the bottom of the page to withdraw consent and stop new conversion events. If Google has already loaded, it may process the consent change; reload the page to fully unload it. Withdrawal does not undo data already sent, and cookies held by Google may remain until you clear them in your browser. Learn about Google’s use of information from partner sites.

How it is stored

Quote requests and job applications are stored privately by the firm and are not displayed publicly. Their details are sent by email to the firm for review. The website does not send automatic confirmation emails to people submitting a form. Appraisal workfiles are retained for the period USPAP requires.

When it may be disclosed

We do not share your information or report without your authorization, except where USPAP permits disclosure to state appraisal regulators, to an authorized professional peer review committee, or in response to lawful legal process.

Your choices

You may ask what information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete quote requests that did not become assignments or job applications you no longer want considered, subject to legal retention requirements.
