We work directly with homeowners, attorneys, CPAs, estate executors, financial advisors and investors who need an opinion of value for their own purposes.
Our Colorado state-licensed and certified appraisers develop every appraisal under USPAP. Clients speak directly with the appraiser on their file from the first call to final delivery.
We provide written reports only. We do not offer expert witness testimony or court appearances, and we say so at the outset so you can plan with confidence.
